Using design thinking we will help your team evaluate your current educational technology

Evaluation can Include:

• Identifying stakeholder needs with respect to educational technology

• Identifying whether the current educational technology ecosystem supports the school’s pedagogy, culture and enhances student and teacher learning

• Evaluating which technology is currently being underused and why

• Producing an evaluation report with findings and recommendations

PLANNING

Using the design thinking process we will help your team create a customized vision and implementation plan. 

Plan can Include:

• A brief educational technology vision statement and goals

• A plan of what technology to keep and what technology to add that meets your schools specific needs

• The creation of an educational technology scope and sequence for teachers and/or students that fits your school's needs

• The creation of a professional development plan to help educators achieve their educational learning goals

• Development of a scalable rollout and support model for new technology

IMPLEMENTATION

Support implementation through workshops and coaching

Workshops can Include:

• Educational Technology Pedagogy

• Design Thinking in the Classroom

• Integrating technology into the Classroom

• Technical Workshops (e.g. Fundamentals of 3D Printing, Google Workspace Essentials, Video Editing Fundamentals, etc…)

Coaching can Include

• Regular meetings with educational technology coaches to support and problem solve

• Ongoing webinars to support areas of struggle or upskilling
